As a lifestyle coach I will help you identify how your current lifestyle behaviors (sleep, relaxation, stress, food choices, relationships, your thoughts, mindset, exercise & environment) may be affecting your health and wellbeing. With your goals at the forefront we will use your character strengths and values to prioritize manageable changes. Working at your pace with my guidance and resources, we will identify your challenges and develop tools to help overcome them, ultimately leading to lasting behavior change.
I will be supporting you every step of the way as your cheerleader; helping you set specific goals and holding you accountable to them, whilst also empowering and educating you along the way. I will also help you discover mental, emotional, and spiritual areas that drive your motivation to vibrant health. My mission is to help you thrive and feel great again and not to let your lifestyle choices, chronic disease, or autoimmune condition limit you from living a meaningful life.
